摘要
本文旨在探讨饭店业组织职业生涯管理对员工职业承诺及职业能力的影响作用。研究表明,饭店职业生涯管理对员工的职业承诺有正向影响。在饭店职业生涯管理的三个维度中,职业考评对职业承诺的贡献率最大,其次为职业培训和职业发展。同时,职业承诺与职业能力之间存在肯定的正向关系,积极影响着"知道为什么"、"知道谁"、"知道如何做"三种职业能力。
This paper aims to explore the relationship between organizational career management, career commitment, and career competencies with data collected from main tourist cities in China and a total of 780 valid questionnaires. It applies Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test and estimate the causal relationships among the constructs. The findings indicate that there is a positive relationship between organizational career management and career commitment; among the three dimensions of organizational career management, career appraisal contributed most to career commitment, followed by career training, and career development. In addition, career commitment is found positively related to three kinds of career competencies, namely, Knowing Why, Knowing Whom and Knowing How. Based on the findings, it discusses the practical implications in order to provide valuable guidance to both company operators and employees.
