论“福民强市”目标下洛阳民营企业的振兴

On the Revitalization of Luoyang Private-owned Business under the Target of "Well-being Residence and Prosperous City"

"福民强市"是洛阳市"十二五"经济社会发展的总体目标,实现这一目标离不开民营经济,特别是民营企业的蓬勃发展。发展民营企业对实现"福民强市"具有重大的战略意义,通过对洛阳民营企业发展的SWOT分析,提出发展民营企业的对策建议。

＂Well-being Residence and Prosperous City＂ is the general target of the 12th Five-Year Plan for Social Development of Luoyang City. The realization of this target depends on the contribution of private-owned economy, especially the flourish of the private-owned enterprises, whose development is of strategic meaning to the realization of the ＂ Well-being Residence and Prosperous City＂ target. Based on the SWOT analysis of the development Luoyang private-owned enterprises, the paper proposes some measurements for their development.
