New model of farmland infrastructure construction in Guangxi

在总结广西近年开展农田水利基本建设主要做法的基础上,分析了新形势下农田水利基本建设的新形势和新要求,认为在发展模式上必须坚持组织、投资、建设形式创新,探索了适宜广西当前形势的三种农建模式,提出了进一步推进农田水利基本建设的保障措施。

New requirement for farmland infrastructure construction under the new situation is examined on the basis of summarizing experience and main practices in recent years. Innovation is needed for the development of models in terms of organization, investment and construction. Three models that suit to the local condition are exploited. Concrete measures for further up farmland water infrastructure construction are proposed.
