摘要
局部暴雨洪水调查是科学认识暴雨洪水发生的自然规律,正确地进行暴雨洪水现场勘查、分析计算的过程。通过对局部暴雨洪水特点的认识,举例分析暴雨中心位置调查确定、雨区洪峰流量地区组成、洪水灾害调查评估、洪水重现期确定等几个关键技术问题,系统地提出局部暴雨洪水调查的方法和质量控制体系。
Survey and investigation of regional rainstorm and flood are process of finding nature laws of rainstorm and flood happening, and on-site condition for evaluation and calculation. Several key technologies for recognizing the features of regional rainstorm and flood are shown by using special cases, for instance how to determine the central point of investigation, formation of flood flow in raining areas, appraisal of flood disaster and recurrence interval of flood. Finally investigation methods and quality assurance system are proposed.
