When the ship is under repairing at shipyard, it is shipyard that is normally responsible for fire fighting and fire-resist. Fire accidents happen from time to time, though shipyards have set up fire-resist systems. In this article, we describe a fire accident happened during ship repairing. Through inspection and investigation to the accident, we ascertain the cause of the accident and provide comments on improvement.
