摘要
文章通过对船舶电子设备的特点分析和实施技术状态计量和监测的难点分析,认为应当从健全组织机制、加强技术研究、加大技术措施投入、完善数据分析和运用等方面入手,开展和实施电子设备的技术状态监测和计量,推进该类型设备的全系统全寿命管理。
This paper gives analysis to characteristics implement of measuring and monitoring for technical states, electronic equipment technical states should be developed in of marine electronic equipments and difficult points of puts forward the idea that monitoring and measuring of order to put the equipments into all-system and all-Iongevity management through the aspects of perfecting organic mechanism, strengthening technical research, putting more technical measures and using data analysis.
