失地农民雇佣就业、自主创业的影响因素分析——基于苏州市高新区东渚镇的调查

Analysis on Factors Affecting Landless Peasants′Employment and Entrepreneurship:Based on a Survey in Dongzhu Town in Suzhou High-Tech District

论文基于苏州市高新区东渚镇的调研数据,运用Multinomial Logit模型,实证分析失地农民雇佣就业、创业的影响因素。研究结果表明,再就业培训、家庭非农劳动收入等对失地农民就业,包括被雇佣和自主创业,有显著的正向影响,而年龄、拆迁收入等变量产生了一定的负面影响,但适量的拆迁补偿相对而言能够促进失地农民的创业活动。在研究结论的基础上,提出了完善就业培训体系、社会保障体制、扶持失地农民创业及探索建立合理的征地补偿金发放模式等政策建议。

The landless peasants＇ employment is a critical issue in the process of urbanization in China and the entrepreneurial activities of landless peasants will cause an employment multiplier effect. This paper uses the Multinomial Logit Model to analyze the survey data from the town of Dongzhu in High-tech District in Suzhou and testifies the factors affecting landless peasants＇ employment and entrepreneurship. The results show that the reemployment training, family income and other non-agricultural labor employment for landless peasants, including the employment and starting their own businesses, have significant positive effects. However, other variables such as age and compensation income for house demolishing and removal have negative impact to some extent, but the proper amount of housing compensation for landless peasants promotes entrepreneurial activities relatively. In the conclusion of the study,this paper proposes to improve the employment training system, strengthen the social security system, support entrepreneurship and explore the reasonable mode of land acquisition and compensation.
