资源开采业生产要素测度与环境责任耦合分析

Analysis on Production Factors Measure of Resource Extraction Enterprises and Coupling of Environmental Responsibility

通过C-D函数,利用固定资产净值等指标建立模型对资源开采业生产要素进行了测度,发现该行业要素系数α+β>1,为递增报酬型,并提出了提高产业产出效率的同时应该兼顾对环境的影响。

By Cobb-Douglas production function,we use net fixed assets and other indicators of resource extraction modeling to measure factors of production.It＇s found that： α＋β1（Expand the scale of production is beneficial to increase the output）;βα（Shows that the industry is also labor-intensive industries）.With the expanding scale of favorable development,the resource extraction must be closely coordinated with the development of environmental responsibility.
