摘要
通过采取选择合理位置布置巷道、避开矿压峰值区、控制顶板、下压式松帮卸压、喷顶式松帮卸压、打眼式松帮卸压和煤岩层注水固化煤岩体等技术措施,在"三软"煤层工作面的掘进和回采过程中,有效防止了煤壁片帮、冒顶,减少了支柱下沉量,降低了工人劳动强度,工程质量明显得到改善,保证了安全生产。
Some technical measures are adopted,such as the location choice and reasonable layout of roadways,avoiding the peak area of mine pressure,roof control,loosing side and pressure relief with down pressure,spray-top,and drilling,curing coal rock with coal injection.In the driving and miming process at "three soft" seam face,the coal wall and roof caving are effectively prevented,the subsidence of props is reduced,the labor intensity of workers is reduced.The prject quality is significantly improved,the safety in production is ensured.
