基于模糊综合评价的煤炭建筑企业核心能力研究

Study of Core Competence of Coal Construction Enterprise Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

煤炭建筑企业核心能力是煤炭建筑企业持续竞争优势的来源,目前国内外学者对煤炭建筑企业核心能力开展了一些研究,但都偏重定性的理论分析,缺乏比较具体可操作的系统分析方法。文中采用多级综合模糊评价方法对煤炭建筑企业核心能力进行了分析,建立了煤炭建筑企业核心能力评价指标体系,并结合实例,具体分析了采用多级模糊综合评价法评价煤炭建筑企业核心能力的过程。

The core competence of coal construction enterprise is the source of its sustainable competitive advantage.At present,scholars at home and abroad have studied on the core competence,but most studies are based on qualitative theory analysis which lack of applicable system analysis methods.In this paper,about the core competence of coal construction enterprise based on multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is discussed,an evaluation index system for core competence is set up,and finally the course how to evaluate the core competence is analyzed in detail based on the multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation with example.
