摘要
文章研制的烘炉温度自动检测系统是基于单片机的计算机检测技术的软硬件开发和面向对象的高级可视化程序开发的有机结合。本检测系统所采用的主要技术有:数据采集及处理技术、计算机检测技术、VC++网络编程技术。系统可以对4通道烘炉内工件表面温度及炉温进行检测、存储,并具有传感器故障报警及电池电量不足报警等功能。上位机应用软件采用VC++6.0高级语言编程实现,提供了良好的上下位机串行通讯、对数据的保存、显示及打印等功能,人机界面简单友好。
The oven temperature developed automatic detection system is based on the single chip computer hardware and software development and testing technology and advanced visualization to object combination of program development.The detection system used by the main technologies are: data acquisition and processing technology,computer detection technology,VC + + network programming.4-channel system can surface temperature and the oven temperature to detect,store,and has the sensor fault alarm and battery alarm.PC application software using VC + +6.0 high-level language programming,provides a good upper and lower computer serial communication,the preservation of data,display and printing functions,man-machine interface is simple and friendly.
