兼并重组对地方煤炭行政管理部门的影响

正在我国部分地区强力推行,并将很快在全国推开的煤矿企业兼并重组工作将会对整个煤炭行业产生深远的影响,必然会带来相关行政机关职能权力的重新分配和管理内容的调整,其中给地方煤炭行政管理体制带来的冲击尤其不可小视。在管理对象萎缩,工作内容减少等多方面压力下,地(市)、县级煤炭行政管理部门已经基本丧失了继续存在的必要性,应该适时予以裁撤,对其承担的相关职能进行重新的定位,这样更有利于煤炭行业的健康发展。

The work of annexation and reorganization of coal mining enterprises in some areas in our country,will surely exert a significant influence on the future of coal industry.It will bring some reapportion of executive power and the adjustment of the content of the management to the executive branch of government.Among of them,the impact to local departments in charge of the coal industry is not negligible.Under the pressure of atrophy of managed objects,and decreasing of working content,the local departments in charge of the coal industry at the county or city level have lost the exist necessary.They should be cut in good time.The responsibility of them should be oriented once again.This will promote the development of the coal industry.
