摘要
目的:研制一种机动性强的高原增压医疗保障车,有效解决高原部队外出执勤、巡逻时缺氧问题,尤其是解决由平原快速进入高原执行任务遇到的急性高原反应问题。方法:通过涡轮增压的方法将车载压力舱内的气压提高26 kPa,从而使舱内氧含量增加,相当于降低海拔高度,进而解决高原低压缺氧问题。结果:平原增压增氧测试表明,当气压增至26 kPa时,相当于海拔高度下降了2 600 m。结论:高原增压医疗保障车可通过提高局部气压,解决高原缺氧。对提高部队战斗力、降低非战斗减员具有重要军事意义。
Objective To design a medical vehicle with enriched oxygen and pressure at plateau to solve the oxygen supply problems encountered by Chinese Armed Police Force(CAPF),especially the rapid altitude stress suffered by the one entering the plateau hurriedly from the plain.Methods The air pressure in the vehicle-mounted cabin was enhanced to 26kPa by turbocharging,and then the oxygen content in the cabin was increased correspondingly.Results The test of enriched oxygen and pressure at plain indicated that when the pressure increased to 26kPa,the height of altitude lowered to 2600m.Conclusion The medical vehicle with enriched oxygen and pressure at plateau can be used to solve the oxygen supply problems by enhancing local pressure.
