野战医院手术方舱内手术器械的设计改进及其应用

Design and Application of Surgical Instruments in Surgical Shelter of Field Hospital

目的:为便于野战条件迅速展开手术救治,研制一系列适合野战医院手术方舱内使用的新型手术器械。方法:依据手术方舱内原有的部分手术器械(手术弯盘、托盘架、器械车)在结构、性能、体积以及自身质量等方面存在的各种缺陷,分别进行研究,设计研制了一系列实用的手术器械,如新型手术冲洗盘、卡式托盘架、新型手术器械车。结果:该手术冲洗盘稳定性好,容积大,术中大量冲洗污水不会外贱,保证了无菌台的清洁、干燥;单臂卡式托盘架锁定牢固,方便术中调整角度和高度,操作方便、简单、不受约束;手术器械车的护栏与无菌台面形成一整体,可保证参观人员、巡回护士以及其他抢救人员与该车内的无菌区域保持30 cm的距离,确保器械车内无菌物品不被污染。结论:该组新型手术器械结构简单、科学实用,连接、撤收方便、快捷,携带时可分体装箱,机动性好,卫勤保障工作效率高,适用于野战医院手术方舱。

Objective To develop a set of novel surgical instruments in the surgical shelter of field hospital in order to perform surgical operation in the field.Methods The shortcomings of the existing surgical instruments,such as the surgical tray,tray rack and the trolley,were analyzed from the aspects of structure,performance,volume and weight.Results The novel surgical washing tray,being stable and large-volume,could prevent the polluted water from spilling and keep the sterile console clean and dry.The one-arm clip-type tray rack was locked stably and easy to regulate the angle and height.The rail of the instrument trolley was integrated with the sterile console to keep the visitor,circulating nurse and other staffs 30cm from the aseptic area,so as to prevent the aseptic items from being polluted.Conclusion This set of novel surgical instruments is simple,practical,easy to deploy and undeploy,which is highly mobile and fit for the surgical shelter of the field hospital.
