US Policies and Practices of Space Militarization in the Turn of the Centuries

二十世纪九十年代,冷战结束,和平与发展成为时代主旋律。然而,美国逆历史潮流而行,开始推进太空军事化政策。文章分析了形成这一趋势的动因;对美国政府和军方在世纪之交陆续出台的主要相关政策进行了梳理和评述,进而分析了美国为实施此类政策而采取的关键性措施;美国政府推进太空军事化既是对他国的威胁,也是对美国自身的威胁。

In the 1990s, the Cold War terminated. Peace and development have become the theme of the times. However, going against the tide of history, the U.S. has gradually pushed space militarization. The paper, at first, analyses the motive forces behind this trend, and then, reviews the major related policies that have been introduced by U.S. government and armed forces in the turn of the centuries and analyses the key measures that have been adopted to implement such policies, at the last, draws the conclusion that the pursuance of space militarization poses a threat to not only other countries but also the U.S. itself.
