中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭36例临床观察

Investigation of combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine on chronic heart failure

目的观察参麦注射液联合硝酸异山梨酯注射液及温阳保心汤对慢性心力衰竭(简称慢性心衰)患者心功能的影响。方法将72例慢性心衰患者随机分为2组,对照组36例予西医常规抗心衰治疗,治疗组36例在对照组治疗基础上加参麦注射液、硝酸异山梨酯注射液及温阳保心汤。2组均14 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计2组心衰疗效及心功能疗效,检测2组治疗前后左室射血分数(LVEF)及E/A比值变化情况。结果治疗组心衰疗效、心功能疗效总有效率分别为91.67%、88.89%,对照组分别为66.67%、69.44%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。治疗组治疗后LVEF及E/A比值与本组治疗前比较均明显升高(P<0.01),且2组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组高于对照组;对照组治疗后LVEF高于本组治疗前(P<0.01)。结论参麦注射液联合硝酸异山梨酯注射液及温阳保心汤可改善慢性心衰患者的临床症状及心功能,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of Shanmai injection combined with isosorbide dinitrate in- jection and Wenyangbaoxin decoction on cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 72 cases of chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups. Control group （ n = 36） received conventional thera- py. Treatment group received Shenmai injection, isosorbide dinitrate injection, Wenyangbaoxin decoction and con- ventional therapy. The therapeutic course was fourteen days in two groups. The effective rate of congestive heart fail- ure and cardiac function were evaluated after two courses. Results The effective rate of congestive heart failure and cardiac function in treatment group （91.67% , 88.89% ） were higher than those in control group after （66.67% , 69.44% , P 〈 0.05）. LVEF and E/A after treatment were obviously increased as compared with those before treatment in two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was significant difference between two groups on LVEF and E/A （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Shanmai injection combined with isosorbide dinitrate injection and Wenyangbaoxin decoction can improve clinical symptoms and cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure and enhance life quanlity.
