肥胖相关新基因NYGGF4的系列研究

Serial Studies on New Obesity-Related Gene NYGGF4

本研究小组前期以抑制性差减杂交技术筛选肥胖与健康人腹膜后脂肪组织中的差异表达基因,结果发现一条新基因在肥胖患儿脂肪组织中表达量明显升高,将其命名为NYGGF4。2006年以来本研究小组致力于该基因的功能研究,系统、全面地研究了该基因的生物学特性及功能,基因表达、调控的特点,现将这些系列研究进展作一综述。

Comprehensive gene profiling in the omental adipose tissues of obese individuals was performed through suppression subtractive hybridization. A differentially expressed new gene was identified,which is highly expressed in the adipose tissue of obese children, and it was named as NYGGF4. Since 2006, our term have committed to study the gene function ,we have systematically and comprehensively evaluated the biological characteristics of the gene, biological functions and features of expression and regulation. Now, these serial studies were reviewed in the paper.
