摘要
制丝线存在设备空转、预热时间长、保养用水浪费、冷却水冷凝水不能回收利用、设备作业时间不连续等现象。在确保生产能满足产品加工质量的前提下,通过①将有喂料机的工艺段细分为两段,间隔启动;②优化预热模式;③改进真空回潮冷却水控制方式;④回收利用冷却水和冷凝水;⑤改造贮丝柜出料系统等措施,每年节约软化水552000 kg,自来水16314000 kg,电能506754.12 kWh,蒸汽627300 kg,回收冷凝水5244000 kg,价值59万多元。
Focusing on the problems of equipment' s idle running, longer preheating period, water waste in maintenance, short of cooling water and steam condensate recycling systems, discontinuous production run in the primary processing line, the following measures were taken under the prerequisite of maintaining processing quality: 1)to start up tobacco feeder later than its down-stream machine; 2)optimizing the mode of equipment preheating; 3)improving the control mode of cooling water for vacuum conditioner; 4) recycling cooling water and steam condensate; 5)improving the discharge device in cut tobacco silo. As a result, 552000 kg of softened water, 16314000 kg of city water, 506754.12 kWh of electric power and 627300 kg of steam were saved, 5244000 kg steam condensate was reclaimed per year valued more than 590 thousand RMB yuan.
