喷浆灌浆技术在小窑破坏区防灭火中的应用 被引量:4

The Application of Guniting and Grouting Technology for Fire Prevention and Extinguishing in Damage Zone of Small Kiln

摘要 根据穿越小窑破坏区巷道的特点,采用"喷浆+木棚+金属网"封闭支护方式,制定了专用治理巷和爆破巷分区域治理、消火道专项治理的破坏区治理方案,实施了插管预灌、高位孔主灌、间歇点灌、包帮捣底、复喷堵漏、探孔脱水、分析评估等灌浆措施,实现了在破坏区进行复采活动前期掘进时小窑遗煤发火的防治,确保了掘进工作面安全掘进和采煤工作面的正常、安全回采,取得了较好的社会经济效益。 According to the roadway characteristics of damaged areas in small kiln,using closed support method of "guniting+ wooden shed+ wire netting",the paper developed the damage zone management program which contained sub-regional governance for governance lane and blasting Lane,special treatment for eliminate fire way;implemented measures of pre-irrigation intubation,high hole main irrigation,intermittent point irrigation,plugging re-spray,probe hole dehydration and analysis evaluation;achieved ignition prevention of residual coal in small kiln when mining activities repeated in the destruction area;ensured the safety of tunneling and achieved good social and economic benefits.
