The security management of enterprise is to constantly search,find their own security problems.The paper analyzed the defects of security issues ＂others analysis＂ in most of today＇s enterprises,introduced the establishment of security ＂independent analysis＂ mode and practice in Kailuan Energy Chemical Corporation,described and discussed the ＂self-analysis＂ of their staff awareness foundation and the corresponding management mechanisms.Through formulating scientific and effective treatment measures and precautionary measures,eliminating safety hazards and preventing repetition of similar accidents,this mode implemented closed-loop management of analyzing security problem and ensured the safety of enterprise development.
