摘要
本文采用单扫描示波导数极谱法对氯霉素的极谱行为及测定作了研究。发现在HAc—NaAc(pH~5.0)介质中,有较好的示波导数波,当浓度在4.0×10^(-8)1.0×10^(-5)mol·dm^(-3)范围内,均与其峰高呈良好的线性关系。方法的相对标准偏差为1.1%。用于氯霉素眼药水和针剂中的氯霉素含量测定,结果满意。
The polarographic behaviour and determination of chloramphenicolum was studied by using single-sweep oscillography derivative polarography. ,It was found that there was quite good oscillography derivative wave in HAc-NaAc (pH5.0) medium. The chloramphenicol concentration over the range of 4.0×10-8 - 1 .0×10-5mol·dm-3 was in good linearly relationship with the peak current. The relative standard deviation was 1.1% for the method. The contents of chloramphenicolum in eye liquid medicines and injections were determined with satisifactory results by this method.
