From the perspective of federation,this paper probes into the construction of knowledge community of library. It overviews the knowledge community federation of library, analyses the necessity and feasibility of its construction, and at last discusses the construction of its three function module, that is digital integration of the resources, jointly consulting consultation and user＇s teaching service.
