高压氧综合治疗缺血性结肠炎20例疗效观察

目的:观察老年患者缺血性结肠炎应用高压氧(HBO)综合治疗的疗效。方法:对40例老年缺血性结肠炎的患者随机分组,对照组(20例)给予单纯抗生素治疗和其他常规支持对症治疗,治疗组(20例)给予高压氧(HBO)综合治疗及常规支持治疗,观察治疗前后检测血清SOD活性值,复查结肠镜比较肠黏膜的愈合情况。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组血清SOD的活性提高,复查结肠镜黏膜恢复率高,治疗结束后黏膜修复状态更好。结论:高压氧(HBO)综合治疗对缺血性结肠炎症状的恢复、肠黏膜的修复有促进作用,且可以明显促进血清SOD活性的增加,有利于抑制缺血对肠黏膜的损伤。高压氧(HBO)综合治疗可用于缺血性结肠炎的临床治疗。

Objective：Elderly patients with ischemic colitis observe the therapeutic effect of comprehensive application hyperbaric oxygen.Methods：40 patients of ischemic colitis elderly patients randomized,and the control group（20 patients） given antibiotics alone and other regular support symptomatic treatment;The treatment group（20 patients） give HBO comprehensive treatment and regular support treatment,observed before and after treatment SOD value measurement of serum,review the healing of bowel mucosa is colonoscopy.Results： compared with controls,the treatment group the activity of SOD serum improve,mucous membrane recovery rate high review colonoscopy after treatment mucosa repair time better.Conclusions： HBO comprehensive treatment of the symptoms of ischemic colitis recovery,the repair of bowel mucosa to promote the function,and can significantly,promote the increase of serum SOD activity,to restrain bowel mucosa damage of ischemia.HBO can be used in the clinical treatment of ischemic colitis.
