摘要
本文从理论上分析了高压气液混合流体的能量特点,介绍了国内外回收这方面能量的概况,针对化工生产中所存在的高压两相流体的具体情况,提出了能量回收的方案,并通过实例对合成氨厂的高压气液混合流体的能量回收进行了估算,展示了国内开展回收这方面能量的研究工作的意义和前景。
In this paper, the characteristics of the energy in high pressure gas-liquid mixd fluid are analysed in detail, and the general situation of recovering this energy at domestic and abroad is introduced. According to the particulor condition of this kind of fluid in the chemical industrial production, a scheme to recover the energy is proposed. By means of the two instances from ammonia synthesis plant the energy recovering of this kind of fluid is estimate and the importance and prospects to develop the research on this field are shown.
