基层工会组织要发挥维护职工合法权益的基本职能作用,首先须将职工吸引到工会组织中来。为此,各级工会组织要直面职工自主入会意愿不强、入会率不高的难题,用增强工会组织活力和主动依法科学维权,来加大对职工群众的吸引力和凝聚力,把基层工会组织真正建设成为会员信赖的职工之家。

If grass root trade unions eager to play the basic role of safeguarding the staff＇legal rights, we must attract the worker to enter the trade union firstly. Therefore, all levels of trade unions should face up to the problem that staff doesnt want to enter into the trade union. We should attract the workers by improving the vitality of trade union, safeguarding the staff＇s legal rights more intensively to make the trade union like a reliable home of staff.
