“强资弱劳”现象存在的原因与对策

摘要 市场经济条件下,"强资弱劳"现象有其必然性。某些政府部门的"宠资轻劳"倾向、劳动者维权意识的欠强、劳动法律法规的执行不力、工会组织的机关化、行政化等因素,导致该现象日趋严重。只有大力发挥各级政府的应有作用,进一步强化加强劳动法律法规的监管力度,坚决去除工会组织的机关化、行政化倾向,才能有效扭转这种弊端,真正实现劳资关系的和谐。 It is necessary to happen that the phenomenon "strong employers and weak employees" under the circumstances of market economy. Some reasons cause the phenomenon more serious, such as, some governments pay more attention to employers and less attention to employees, some workers lack of legal safeguarding concept, labor law lack of implement, and the trade union is mechanized. Only all levels of governments play their own roles to promote observational force for the labor law and remove the futility of the trade union, we can improve the phenomenon and achieve a harmonious working relationship.
