摘要
目的探讨关节镜下应用自体腘绳肌腱重建前交叉韧带的临床疗效。方法膝关节前交叉韧带损伤患者107例,均在关节镜下行自体腘绳肌腱重建治疗和随访观察。结果 107例患者分别取得6～18个月随访,平均10.7个月。Lysholm评分:术前(42.70±3.65)分,术后(87.60±3.47)分,手术前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);107例中优86例、良12例、可7例、差2例,优良率为91.6%。结论关节镜下应用自体腘绳肌腱重建前交叉韧带近期疗效良好。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of hamstring tendon autograft in arthroscopic reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament（ACL）. Methods Hamstring tendon autograft was performed for arthroscopic reconstruction of ACL in 107 patients. Results Patients were followed up for an average of 10.7 months （range 6 to 18 months）. Postoperative Lysholm score was significantly higher than preoperative score [（87.60±3.47） vs （42. 70 ± 3.65）, P〈 0.01]. Among the 107 patients,clinical outcome was excellent in 86,good in 12,fair in 7 and poor in 2,with an excellent and good rate of 91.6%. Conclusion Hamstring tendon autograft has a good short-term effect on arthroscopic reconstruction of ACL.
