摘要
本文是研究共y—15分子筛裂化催化剂在不同时间、温度、水蒸汽空速等条件下的减活动力学。结果表明:该催化剂的减活动力学方程式为一级衰减反应;减活速率常数与温度的函数关系可用二个独立的指数函数的经验式表示;温度较低时,以载体减活为主,温度较高时,以分子筛减活为主。
Under various conditions of time, temperature, space velocity of water vapour etc., the deactive kinetic of the Y-15 zeolite cracking catalyst has been investigated. The results are showed. The deactive kinetic equation of this catalyst is a first order decay reaction The relation between the temperature and the rate constant can be expressed as two unrelative empirical exponential functions. In lower temperature, the carrier deactivation plays a main role; In higher temperature the zeolite deactivation is main. The break temperature of it is 800℃
