净水污泥制备陶粒及其对废水中磷酸盐的吸附试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 运用L16(45)正交试验设计方法,研究净水污泥陶粒配比中聚乙烯纤维配比、水玻璃配比、焙烧温度和保温时间等因素对陶粒比表面积的影响,确定了净水污泥陶粒的最优配比为聚乙烯纤维占净水污泥含量为20%,水玻璃占净水污泥含量为6%,焙烧温度为1 160℃,保温时间为5 min。并利用制备的净水污泥陶粒处理含磷废水,考察了净水污泥制备的陶粒投加量、反应时间和不同pH值对废水中磷酸盐的去除效果。结果表明,在含10 mg/L磷酸盐溶液的比色管中,净水污泥制备的陶粒投加量为2.0 g、反应时间为240 min、pH值为7左右的条件下,吸附效果最佳。 The orthogonal experiment of L16(45)was used to study the influence of polyethylene fiber,water glass,agglomerating temperature and holding time in the ceramists from the purified water's sludge proportioning on the ceramists of specific area.The optimal proportioning of the ceramists was confirmed,namely 20% of polyethylene fiber,6% of water glass,agglomerating temperature at 1 160 ℃,and holding time at 5 minute.Purified water's sludge ceramists were applied to remove the phosphorous wastewater.Influences of various factors such as purified water's sludge ceramist amount,reaction time and different pH,on the phosphorus removal efficiency were investigated.Results showed that the phosphorus removal efficiency would be the best under optimal conditions with the ceramists' amount of 2.0 g at about pH 7 within 240 minute.
