城乡社区公共服务设施配套研究——以太仓市城厢镇社区规划为例

The Research on Urbane & Rural Community Public Service Facility——Based on Chengxiang Community Planning in Taicang

由于不少城镇的社区类型多样、社区人口构成复杂、各社区发展不平衡,传统单一的公共服务设施配套标准难以普遍适用。太仓市城厢镇在社区规划建设的探索中,提出了符合地方实际的社区规模等级划分、公共服务设施分类等指标体系,并根据不同社区类型及各自特点,采用因地制宜、分类指导的方法对社区公共服务设施进行用地和指标的落实。

Because of different kinds of communities,the complexity of community population and uneven development among different communities in the towns,the traditional public service facility standard can not satisfy all the different communities.During the research of the community planning of Chengxiang Town in Taicang,we have developed an index system suitable for different levels of communities and public service facilities.Also,according to the different communities and their features,the local land usage and index for the community public service facilities have been put into practice by following the principle of different areas for different purposes and different local circumstances for different categories.
