Design and Implementation of Information Resources Sharing Service Platform of Science and Technology in Hunan Province

文章基于e时代用户需求,提出了新形势下省级科技文献共享服务平台的建设构想,并利用Visual Studio.NET、RMS全文检索等技术,建立了多元异构资源高度整合、集一站式检索、多渠道仓储、自主式共享、多层次服务等功能于一体的湖南省科技文献共享服务系统。

In order to meet the requirements of users in e-time, this paper presented the construction of a Province-level platform of Sci ＆ Tech information resources sharing service.Moreover, by using modern computer technologies （Visual Studio.NET, R MS, Full-text search, ete）,the service system of Hunan province which integrating muhiple heterogeneous resources and including One-Station Search, Multi-channel storage, self-sharing, Multi-level services and other functions is realized.
