Refining Academic Issues and Summarizing Chinese Management Models Based on China's Management Practice

管理学的学科特点要求理论研究必须与实践紧密结合。中国经济持续30多年的快速增长与管理实践的改革创新是分不开的,在这样的背景下,《管理学报》杂志致力于推动中国实践管理的研究工作,及时而且必要。从中国管理实践研究现状、学术和科学问题提炼、中国管理模式总结3个方面进行分析,旨在突出管理实践的学术研究,希望引发学术界对管理研究的思考,在提升研究规范性和研究能力的基础上,丰富和创新管理理论,增强国内学术研究在国际上的影响力和话语权。

The characteristics of Management determine that the connection between theory research and practice is essential. The 30 years＇ rapid growth of Chinese economy is inseparable from the reform and innovation of Chinese management practices. At the same time, the normative academ- ic research and research capacity have also been enhanced during this process. In this context, Chinese Journal of Management is dedicated to promoting the research about China＇s management practice, which is timely and necessary. Analyzing the current status of China＇s management practice, refining academic and scientific issues and summarizing Chinese management models, this paper highlights the academic research related to management practices, and hopes to incur the academic thinking about further management research. On the basis of enhanced normative research and research capacity, management theory will be enriched and innovated, which will also strengthen the international influ- ence and status of Chinese management research.
