摘要 肺泡蛋白沉积症（pulmonary alveolar proteinosis，PAP）是一种少见的呼吸系统疾病，是以肺泡和细支气管腔内含有不可溶性富磷脂蛋白质物质沉积为特征的弥漫性疾病。PAP可致氧化平衡、抗蛋白酶平衡、细胞生长分化、炎性反应等功能改变。本病于1958年首次报道时命名为肺泡蛋白沉积症，
