当代大学发展的国际化教育战略

International Education Strategy for Contemporary University Development

面对高等教育国际化大潮,高校应以具体多样的高等教育国际交流与合作方式为载体,吸收、借鉴世界各国的高等教育办学理念和办学模式,着眼于师资力量的国际化发展,加强学科建设,带动大学发展;充分体现人本思想,培养全面发展的学生;推动产学研为一体的实践教学模式,助推社会发展;以达到培育高质量人才、推动本国高等教育国际化进程、推动本国和世界经济发展、促进人类相互理解与尊重为目的。

This paper discusses drawing lessons from different education philosophies and modes adopted by higher education institutions across the world in the face of increasing surge in higher education internationalization. Internationalization of higher education, which is carried out by various and concrete means of international exchanges and cooperation, should start from building internationalization-oriented faculty teams and strengthening the development of disciplines which can lead to an overall improvement of higher education. Focusing on promoting practice-based teaching modes featuring integration of industry, ed- ucation and science, internationalization of higher education aims at improving the quality of talent training, advancing China＇s modernization process of higher education, stimulating economic growth in both China and the world as well as realizing mutual understanding and respect of human beings.
