学术不端行为的出现,不仅严重败坏了学风文风,而且损害了中国学术界整体的学术声誉。维护科学的尊严,净化学术环境已刻不容缓。在分析学术不端行为的内涵及其成因的基础上,提出了高校防范学术不端行为的具体措施。

The appearance of improper academic conducts has not only severely spoiled the academic and cultural styles, but also undermined the entire academic reputation of the academic world in China. Consequently, it is urgent that the dignity of science be maintained and the academic environment purified. This paper, based on the connotations and causes of improper academic conducts, proposes specific measures to guard against such conducts in colleges and universities.
