An Analysis of Disposal Construction Sentences in The Romance of the West Chamber

《西厢记》中"把""将"处置式仍然是"将"处置式占据优势,在简单的处置式中两者数量相差显著,这与元代以前"把""将"处置式所比例的总体情况相同。但是在复杂的处置式中,两者的比例接近,这为元以后"把"处置式取代"将"处置式,成为主导提供了现实可能性。

In comparison,in the Romance of the West Chamber,the usage of the ＂ba＂ disposal construction（＂ba＂ is the pronunciation of the Chinese character ＂把＂）,takes preponderance over the ＂jiang＂ disposal construction（＂jiang＂ is the pronunciation of the Chinese character ＂将＂）.In simple disposal construction sentences,the number of the two constructions is hugely different,which is,on the whole,similar to the usage proportion of these two constructions before Yuan dynasty.In complex disposal constructions,however,the proportion is very close.This provides practical possibility for ＂ba＂ to take the place of ＂jiang＂ as a dominant disposal construction after Yuan dynasty.
