摘要
处在不同发展时期的教师有不同的专业发展需求,当前的教师发展项目缺乏个性化和针对性,未对教师信念和教育环境对教师职业的发展的巨大影响给与足够的关注。应当建立一个以面对不同阶段的教师需求来提高教师专业素质为目的的系统发展模式。
The teachers at different stages of development will have different needs. The teachers' professional development over the years has not been satisfactory because it lacks its characteristics and less attention has been paid to teachers' belie' and educational environments for their development. This paper discusses how to establish a professional development model for teachers at different stages to improve the teacher's qualities.
