摘要
考查多种因素对苎麻叶总酚酸凝胶剂的影响,并从中筛选其最佳处方组成。采用正交实验法,对甘油用量、碱用量、乙醇用量和吐温用量四因素进行考查。苎麻叶总酚酸凝胶剂最佳处方为:卡波姆10g,乙醇20g,甘油50g,吐温2g,羟苯乙酯1g,氢氧化钠3g,苎麻提取物10g,加蒸馏水至1000g。经检查苎麻叶总酚酸凝胶剂的pH适宜,颜色、光泽度、均匀度、稠度等在实验条件下稳定,对皮肤无刺激,符合中药制剂规定。
To study the influence of several different factors on ramie leaf total phenolic gel to obtain an optimal prescription. Through orthogonal test, examining the amount of glycerol, sodium hydroxide, ethanol and tween. The results showed that： the appropriate gel prescription： carbomer 10g, ethanol 20g, glycerol 50g, tween 2g, ethyl hydroxybenzoate l g, sodium hydroxide 3g, ramie extract 10g, add distilled water to 1000g. The pH value, color, gloss, uniformity and consistency of ramie leaf gel are all under the experimental conditions, no stimulation of the skin, in line with the provisions of traditional chinese medicine.
