浅议高职院校学生党校的创新发展之路

Probing into the Innovative Development of Students' Party School in Higher Vocational Colleges

党校是培养骨干队伍的重要阵地,本文针对高职院校党校在教育对象、师资资源、教学模式等方面存在的问题,提出学生党校应当以人才培养为中心,从四个方面推进高职院校学生党校的创新发展:强化分类培训、创新培训体系,以人为本、推进育才平台建设,贴近学生、创新工作理念,整合资源、加强教师队伍建设。

Party school is an important place to cultivate the backbone of Party. In view of the existing problems such as education target, faculty team and teaching mode, etc. , it proposes that party school should take talents training as the center, and the innovative development of students＇ party school in higher vocational colleges should be pro- moted from four aspects： strengthening classified training, innovating training system, taking people as the foremost, promoting the construction of education platform, being close to students, innovating working concept, integrating re- sources and strengthening the construction of faculty team.
