Research on the Relationship between the Employment of PE Majors and General Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校体育专业由于专业特点强,就业面比较窄,毕业生在就业时不仅要具备扎实的专业技能功底,还需具备全面的综合素质。毕业生在就业中出现的问题,反映出毕业生在通识知识方面的欠缺。因此,各高职院校应采取相应的对策,调整课程设置,加大通识教育的力度,培养出社会需求的实用型专业人才。

Graduates from PE Specialty in higher vocational colleges should possess not only solid specialized skills, but also all-round qualities due to the special features of the major and relatively narrower employment sphere. The employment problems that students encountered when looking for jobs reflect graduates＇lack of knowledge in general knowledge. Therefore, the higher vocational colleges should take corresponding countermeasures, such as adjusting the course design and stepping up general education to cultivate practical professional talents to meet the requirements of the society.
