高校志愿服务档案管理初探

On the Archival Management of College Voluntary Service

随着我国高校志愿服务工作的深入开展,建立详细、完整、系统的志愿服务档案也越来越具有实践意义。文章针对高校志愿服务档案建设不完善的现状,提出了借鉴国外高校先进经验、规范工作制度、探讨档案功能、明确档案建设内容、加强学生自主管理能力等具体策略,以促进高校的志愿服务档案管理工作。

With the further development of college voluntary service in China, it＇s of more and more practical signifi- cance to build the detailed, complete and systematic voluntary service archives. In view of the current situation of in- complete construction of college voluntary service files, this paper offers some suggestions, such as using abroad ex- perience for reference, standardizing working system, applying archive functions, enriching archive content, encour- aging student＇s self management, etc. , thus promoting the archival management of college voluntary service.
