摘要
本文采用参量△J,通过三点弯高周疲劳试验,对母材、过热区及焊缝区的短裂纹疲劳扩展规律进行了研究。结果表明:过热区短裂纹疲劳扩展最快,而焊缝区短裂纹扩展最慢,同时,短裂纹扩展速率也是变化的,初始阶段,组织因素对扩展速率影响较大。
The J-integral range ΔJ presented in this paper is considered to deal with the welded SENB specimens of 16MnR steel. The fatigue crack growth in the base metal, the overheated area and the weld with short cracks are tested. It is shown that the short fatigue crack in the overheated area propagates most quickly and that in the weld has the slowest propagation rate. And the test further, shows that the propagation rate of short crack is varied and in the first stage the structure factor has a evident influence on the propagation rate.
