摘要
本文对生产中用45钢制造的双头呆扳手的裂纹问题进行了研究。在分析原生产工艺产生裂纹的原因后,得出了扳手裂纹主要系淬火裂纹和磨削裂纹的结论。然后通过试验,提出了新的热处理工艺,有效地解决了扳手的裂纹问题。
This paper deals with the craze problem of double-ended inflexible wrenches made of 1045 steel. Based on the investigation of craze induced in previous production technique, a conclusion is obtained that the wrench craze mainly consists of quenching flaws and grinding cracks. Through tests, a new technique of heat treatment is put forward, which efficiently solves the craze problem of wrenches.
