Construction and Application of Electronic Drug Prescription Label Automatic Generation System in Our Hospital

摘要 目的:为医院药剂科改进调剂工作模式提供参考。方法:介绍我院药品电子医嘱标签自动生成系统的运行环境、所需硬件及应用情况,并对系统应用成效及存在不足进行探讨。结果与结论:我院药品电子医嘱标签自动生成系统简化了药品调配流程,提升了门、急诊药房工作质量,降低了调配差错发生率,提高了门、急诊药房及护理人员工作效率(电子医嘱标签与手工书写标签相比耗时减少最高达36.45%),降低了药学服务成本(比例达13.97%)。但实际应用中仍存在数据转换的局限性和医嘱标签损耗等方面的不足,有待进一步完善。 OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for the improvement of dispensing model in pharmacy department of hospitals. METHODS: This paper described the running environment, hardware and practical application of electronic drug prescription label automatic generation system in our hospital, and discussed the application performance and deficiencies. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The electronic drug prescription label automatic generation system simplify the preparation process of pharmaceuticals, enhance the quality of work, reduce the error rate, improve the pharmacy and nursing personnel work efficiency (time consuming lessen by 36.45% the most, compared with hand-written labels) and reduce the cost of pharmaceutical care (by 13.97% ). But it's still have defects in practical application, such as data conversion limit and prescription label loss, and further improvements are needed.
