Review of the Market Segmentation and its Effects on Economic Growth

针对中国及中国部分区域市场分割的研究表明,中国的市场分割水平总体上保持下降趋势,其中,京津冀地区市场分割程度低于长三角和珠三角,且市场分割对对开放度较高地区的经济增长具有促进作用。本文从市场分割的现状及其对经济增长影响的相关研究进行总结,并指出已有研究的不足和进一步研究方向。

Studies of China and domestic regional market segmentation show that the level of market segmentation in overall is tending downward, while the degree of market segmentation of Tianjin region is lower than Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta, and the market to the high degree of open area can promote economic growth. This paper summarizes the sta- tus of market segmentation and its impact on economic growth. The paper points out the lack of existing research and further research directions.
