摘要
对目前省重点实验室建设和发展存在的问题进行了分析,对实验室的总体定位和运行机制提出了建议,探讨了重点实验室建设发展的途径,提出了以建立常态化管理制度、促进产学研合作为着重点的实验室建设管理思路和措施。
Some problems existed in the development and construction of provincial key laboratory. Some suggestions about collective orientation and operation mechanism of key laboratory were proposed. Some plans for the construction and development of key laboratory were discussed. The thoughts and measures about construction and management of key laboratory were brought forward, which emphasized the establishment of the normal management system and facilitating the combination of production, study and research.
