摘要
突破前人多从静态的视角研究人才流动的保持策略,本文根据职业生涯理论,将高新技术企业研发人才的职业生涯期划分为适应阶段、发展阶段、停滞阶段和稳定阶段,在分析高新技术企业研发人才各阶段流动特征的基础上,提出了适应阶段的人才引导策略、发展阶段的人才开发策略、停滞阶段的人才关怀策略以及稳定阶段的人才激励策略等有针对性的动态保持策略。
This thesis tries to break through former studies which discussed preserving tactics of talent flow from static per- spective. On the basis of Career Theory, career will be divided into adaption, development, stagnation and stability stage With the characteristics of talent flow in different stages, the author offers dynamic preserving tactics pertinently, such as tactics of talents guidance in adaption stage, tactics of talents development in development stage, tactics of talents concern in stagnation stage, and tactics of talents motivation in stability stage.
