Analysis and Research on the Effect of Information Technology in Virtual Process

我们所处的社会和企业的许多过程正在由物理机制转向虚拟方式,并且,虚拟化过程也已经越来越为人们所接受。本文通过理论分析来解答这些问题。首先,解释说明了过程是易于虚拟化还是难以虚拟化的影响因素(感官需求、关系需求、同步需求以及识别与控制需求)。其次,讨论了信息技术的表现力、影响力和监控能力如何使虚拟过程在企业和社会中得到日益广泛的应用。强调了IT在虚拟化过程中的理论作用。

Many processes in our society and companies are turning from physical mechanisms to virtual approaches. More- over, virtual process is being accepted by more and more people. This paper answers these questions via theoretical analy- sis. First of all, this paper explains the influencing factors on whether the process is easy or difficult to be virtual （ sensory requirement, relational requirement, synchronization requirement, as well as recognition and control requirement）. Next, this paper explains the expressiveness, influence, and manipulative capability of IT technologies in spreading the applica- tion of virtual process in companies and society. The theoretical effect of informationtechnology in virtual process is empha- sized.
