海南龙血树茎及其血竭脂溶性成分的气相色谱-质谱联用分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析海南龙血树茎及其血竭脂溶性成分。方法采用溶剂萃取法提取海南龙血树茎及其血竭脂溶性成分,用GC-MS联用技术鉴定其化学成分。结果从海南龙血树茎及其血竭脂溶性成分中分别鉴定出21和33种成分,海南龙血树茎脂溶性成分主要有邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯(10.33%)和环木菠萝烷醇(8.51%);其血竭脂溶性成分主要有薯蓣皂苷元(10.62%)和7-羟基-4'-甲氧基黄烷(9.88%),其中8个化合物为共有成分。结论海南龙血树茎及其血竭脂溶性成分的组成和含量存在着差异,在入药和研究中都应区别对待。 Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of liposoluble components in the stem and dragon's blood of Dracaena cambodiana. Methods The liposoluble components were extracted by solvent method and identified by GC - MS. Results For the first time, twenty - one and thirty - three ingredients were identified from the liposoluble components of the stem and dragon's blood of D. cambodiana, respectively. The main constituents of liposoluble components of the stem of D. cambodiana were diisooctyl phthalate ( 10. 33% ) and cycloartanol (8. 51% ), while diosgenin ( 10. 62% ) and 7 - hydroxy - 4 - methoxyflavan (9.88%) were the main constituents of liposoluble components of its dragon's blood. Eight ingredients existed in both liposoluble components of stem and dragon's blood of D. cambodiana. Conclusion The constituents of liposoluble components of the stem of D. cambodiana and its dragon's blood are different, so they should be dealt with differently in clinical application and research.
