摘要
目的研究玉郎伞多糖(YULANGSAN polysaccharides,YLSP)的解酒作用及其机制。方法采用小鼠白酒灌胃造模,在饮酒前后,分别给予一定剂量的YLSP、海王金樽片或生理盐水,观察醉酒率、醉酒潜伏期和醉酒时间,并测定小鼠肝脏中乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活力以及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果在饮酒前给予YLSP,动物醉酒率降低,醉酒潜伏期延长,小鼠肝脏中ALT、AST的活性和MDA的含量降低,ADH和SOD的活性升高(P<0.05)。结论 YLSP可能通过提高ADH和SOD的活性,降低MDA的含量,减轻乙醇对肝脏的损害,有一定的防醉作用。
Objective To study the anti-alcoholism effect and its mechanism of YULANGSAN polysaccharides(YLSP). Methods YLSP,Haiwang Jinzun tablets(HWJZT) and saline solution were administered respectively to mice before or after drunkenness.Then the ratio of drunkenness,the latent period of drunkenness and the time of drunkenness were observed and the activities of AST,ALT,ADH,SOD and the content of MDA were determined. Results The ratio of drunkenness decreased and the latent period of drunkenness was extended significantly when administered YLSP before drunkenness.The activities of ADH and SOD increased and the activities of ALT,AST and the content of MDA decreased(P 0.05).There was no effect when administered YLSP after drunkenness. Conclusion YLSP can prevent drunkenness by increasing the activities of ADH and SOD and decreasing the content of MDA.
